Warrior Jace Thompson Foundation
"In honor of his unwavering and courageous spirit in fighting the most deadly and horrific of all pediatric cancers, the Warrior Jace Thompson Foundation was created in 2019. Our publicly stated mission is to raise awareness of DIPG and to raise funds specifically dedicated to research designed to develop better treatment options and to ultimately find a cure for DIPG."

WNC Special Needs Sports
"Special Needs Sports was founded in 2011 to give special needs people of WNC an opportunity to be involved in sports and belong to a league as are many of their siblings and friends. This program is open to any special needs person.
There are NO restrictions of any kind. We supply everything needed to participate (shirts, hats, balls, bats, gloves, and even snacks and drinks.) Currently we offer basketball in mid January until the end of March. Baseball mid April until mid June and early September until late October.
Special Needs Sports is funded solely from donations, sponsors, and grants. "
